Troubleshooting Guide

Below is a list of troubleshooting techniques that might help resolve some of your issues:

The App does not open, or closes unexpectedly, without warning

This can happen sometimes on iOS when your phone has run out of memory because it has too many apps open. If you double tap the home button on your iPhone you should be able to scroll through all of the running apps and close the apps that you don't need. This should solve the problem and it might also help with your phone's battery life.

The App doesn't find the food I'm scanning

We have an extensive food database with millions of foods, but it's possible that some items are not yet included. We're constantly expanding the database, so please let us know if you can't find the food you're looking for.
